Details: 2 Small pets (under 25lbs) per apartment. $25.00/month pet rent. $40.00/month 2 pets. Sanitation fee: $200 for 1 pet; $300 for 2 pets. Refundable pet deposit: $200 for 1 pet; $300 for 2 pets.
